Napalm Sandwich is more about how the world treats us than how we want it. Ain't life a bitch! Mind you if I went through a fraction of Robert's life I believe I would be in permanent therapy. But then we can't all live in the fast lane, let alone cope with fast, aggressive oncoming traffic.

An intense thriller packed with romance and danger.

Many of us may be disillusioned with life, if we are concerned enough we may even strive to make changes. Few would consider retreating into another dimension, especially one that may prove hazardous to our health, presuming we knew how. Richard found a way and thought he knew better. Fool that he was.

An adult thriller which proves that mental fantasy can scare you witless.

We may not believe a 150 ton metal bird can fly but it does. When we find it hard to distinguish between life and fantasy we may worry. But if we discover that what we understood was myth was written in stone then it is the time to either re-evaluate or throw up our hands in despair.

A cross genre novel where romance binds with horror and fantasy with an explanation for life...

Imagine a world where the air is unbreathable because a tasteless odourless menace hovers unseen, death no more than a membrane away. Remove your mask and you would fall to the earth, a strange fungus seeping from your naked body binding you firmly to await a slow agonizing fate. Yet even those protected from this plague were not safe, savage beasts lurking in the shadows eager to tear, feast on your entrails. Virtually unstoppable demons that could shatter doors, seek out your hiding place. Imagine living on that forsaken planet. The name of this hell hole is unmistakeable. Earth!

A futuristic horror which we hope is not just waiting to emerge

Somewhere out there is the Great Adventure waiting to lead us to fortune and glory. Of course most people miss the opportunity or fall by the wayside. Still if we envelop ourselves in an environment with such immense potential there are likely to be dangers. If so a decision is placed before us, a chance to gamble. In Robert's case it seemed like a simple alternative, normal life, or his death. Yet something in his blood, the thrill of the chase kept him going. Deeper into danger, closer to the edge. It had such a hold on him he just didn't know when to let go. THRILLER

Perhaps it is best to let sleeping dogs lie, difficult I admit when you are not sure what the shape beneath the blanket is, Peke or Doberman. There was a fox with a frozen heart still trying to get the smell of napalm out of his nostrils and bears out of his mind. Perhaps Graham should have left well alone. Sequel to Napalm Sandwich

First love, a wonderful thought, well if it lasted. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could find happiness so easily. I dream of Jeanie, Rachel, Mary, but I miss Sylvia, still this isn't about me. Daniel's first love was unrequited, his second heart breaking and his third his wife. Bethrothed, aka the whore of Babylon. As if that wasn't enough he sold his soul to the Devil to retain what was left of his sanity. Give the poor man a break. -:- A Thriller - ish
Whom amongst us has not at sometime pictured a gypsy woman leant over a crystal ball, smiling, her hand reaching eagerly out for payment.
Perhaps our lives are affected by outside influence, by the stars, by the Book of Life! Perhaps there are those within our ranks who can indeed see into the future.
Throughout our existence it seems we are faced with choices, but are the decisions we make our own, or do we blindly follow our destiny.
Ask a gypsy, though she may not tell you all she sees. -:- Romance
The human mind holds many mysteries, the brain so much potential, vast sections apparently unused. Scientists compare the complex organ to a computer and endeavour to imitate. Religious belief, in reincarnation, could hint at why this power is needed. Not merely to work the body, to recall life's treasures, but to store a record of the soul's many journeys.
A library of stories from past lives, previous incarnations, perhaps to provide entertainment, to brighten up an after life, while the soul waits to return to mortal man.
But is it a good idea to bring the past out into the open? -:- A very adult thriller?
The energy of the world flows freely though our lives, yet there are maybe a few who can harness it, for either good or evil. Just as steel bends the Earth's magnetic field around it, there are things that can distort pure energy. So it can be seen, and used by others to their advantage. -:- Fantasy Horror.
They say there are three ‘rules' which lead to the arrest of a murder suspect. Television has made them all familiar, motive, method, opportunity. Perhaps the trouble with the Avery case was deciding exactly what the motive had been. After all, without a murder weapon, the method was open to virtually anyone and it seemed opportunities were readily available.
Life isn't meant to be easy, but after countless years on the force, Blake didn't expect to spend half the case chasing his tail. Brick walls he could handle, it was snakes and ladders he abhorred. -:- Crime.
I have heard it said that everyone has a book in them, no doubt some people believe that and write one. Unfortunately publishers sometimes don't seem to see the wood pulp from the trees, they slide out crap.
Many good manuscripts fall by the wayside because they haven't been written by a one legged ****** with no schooling, or a footballer.
But if an author has inspiration without apparent effort is it his seed? If everyone but the publisher thinks the work brilliant causing an understandable phobia, why would that give him a headache?
Stress? Yes, but only because stress is the new black. How would cure the pain if doctors couldn't?
